Protocol Raw Complete is made in our DEFRA-approved facility and frozen after production.
Every batch stays with us while samples are independently tested at a government-recognised laboratory. It leaves only once the results clear our requirements.

We tell you when it's coming, and you can track it from your portal.
The trays go straight into the freezer. Your plan shows how much space you'll need before you order.
Your feeding plan and seven-day transition guide are ready in your portal from the start.
Then it becomes routine.
Move the next day's food into the fridge to defrost.
At mealtime, serve the amount shown in your dog's plan. For most dogs, the daily amount works out to a whole tray or half a tray, split across meals however you feed.
Keep defrosted food refrigerated and use it within 48 hours. Wash their bowl and anything that has touched the food as you would after preparing raw meat in your own kitchen.

See your dog's feeding plan, your next delivery and your order history. You can also go back to the batch information and published results from an earlier order.
We work out the rest.
Working out how much your dog needs is only the start. That amount then has to become the right-sized trays, in the right-sized box, delivered on a schedule designed to keep you supplied. Our planning engine makes those decisions together, and makes them again whenever you update your dog's details. The complicated part stays with us. What reaches you is simple.
For most adult and senior dogs, it's whole trays or a half, with no weighing. Puppies get a daily amount in grams to weigh out while they grow.
Your deliveries stay flexible.
From your portal, you can skip or reschedule a delivery, change how often your food arrives, change your box size, or pause your subscription.
You can resume when you're ready, or cancel through the portal. You can also update your delivery address and payment method there.
The food stays consistent. The rest can move around you.

How does it stay frozen in transit?
The box is packed with enough frozen coolant to hold temperature for twice as long as the journey takes.
Will it fit in my freezer?
Your plan shows how much space your box takes before you order.
If it's tight, you can change your box size or delivery frequency from your portal.
Do I need to weigh every meal?
For most dogs, no.
We build the plan so the amount resolves to a whole tray or half a tray wherever possible. Some dogs, particularly puppies and smaller dogs, may need a more precise amount. Your plan will show you exactly what to feed.
How long does the transition take?
We start with a seven-day transition.
Your portal sets out the daily amounts, so you can follow it without working anything out. If your dog needs a little longer, that's fine, and the portal has guidance for that too. If you still need us, get in touch.
What about handling raw food?
Treat it as you would raw meat in your own kitchen.
Wash your hands after handling it, clean bowls and utensils after feeding, and keep the food refrigerated once defrosted.
Can I change a delivery or cancel my subscription?
Yes, all from your customer portal.
Most changes affecting an upcoming delivery need to be made more than 48 hours before the next order is processed. You can cancel your subscription through the portal.
